The Challenge
thinkmoney needed consultant support within a 3-month deadline to rebuild their low-code mobile banking app serving 150,000 monthly users, improving functionality and user experience. They also needed to migrate data and modernize backend budgeting services for real-time financial visibility.

The team employed a minimum viable product “walking-skeleton” prototype for early validation, combined with an event-driven backend architecture enabling real-time budgeting with sub-2-second processing.
